I have played millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
