I have wagered on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have wagered on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
