I have played countless of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
