I have enjoyed countless of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you see gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
